RULES
Amateur fishing on Lake Endine may be practised for all species from one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset. However, night fishing is only allowed for eel (Anguilla anguilla), wel catfish (Silurus glanis) and carp (Cyprinus carpio) species.

DAILY CATCH LIMIT
For each fishing day, the fisherman may catch and keep a maximum of 3 kg of fish in total with a limit of 4 heads of salmonids (trout of all species and char) with a limit of 1 head of marble trout (Salmo marmoratus) and its hybrids and 1 head of grayling (Thymallus thymallus), 1 head of pike (Esox lucius) with obligation to release, 1 kg of Italian riffle dace (Telestes muticellus) and 500 g of triotto (Rutilus aula).
BOAT FISHING
Fishing from an anchored or moving boat is only permitted during the day, as is the use of the Belly-Boat. While respecting the activity of those fishing from the shore, no disturbance may be caused, under penalty of having to stop fishing and move elsewhere.
EQUIPMENT
A maximum of 3 rods may be used per angler.
Each rod may be equipped with a maximum of 5 natural or artificial lures.
The use of a single tirlindana, with a single hook, is permitted;
It is always prohibited with nets or any other type of net.
BAIT, BAIT, LIVE FISHING
It is permitted to possess and use up to 500 grams of maggots (Sarcophaga carnaria) on a day.
A total of 2.5 kg of ready-to-use bait and pasture may be used and kept on the fishing site for fishing day. The limits refer to dry bait. For ready-to-use wet bait, on the other hand, double values apply.
For fishing with live fish, only indigenous fish species may be used, limited to rudd, triotto and Italian riffle dace.
During the carp fishing ban period, it is forbidden to use corn, boilies, pellets and flour as bait.
FOR THOSE PRACTISING CARPFISHING AND CATFISHING
Carpfishing is permitted during the day and at night (even with a tent but only in the appropriate sites and in accordance with the instructions issued by the "Lake Endine" PLIS) with a maximum of three rods and with the obligation to immediately release the carps caught during the night. In the period from 1 April to 30 September, bait may be placed with boat from 8.30 p.m. and removed no later than 6.30 a.m. the following day;
In the period from 1 October to 31 March, bait may be placed with boat from 6 p.m. and removed no later than 8.00a.m. the following day.
During these times, groundbait may also placed, be the limits laid down in the regulations. Both bait and baiting must be placed absolutely within the middle of the lake in front of the location.
Outside the above times, groundbait may only be carried out with the aid of a sling or similar equipment and may not be placed with boats.
It is also permitted to use the boat, during the same night hours, to retrieve fish, which must be immediately released alive;
During the fishing activity it is obligatory to use appropriate fishing line tensioners;
At the end of the fishing activity it is obligatory to remove from the lake all gear that may have been used as "markers".
Exceptions to the above provisions may be granted by special provision of the Director of the Bergamo Agriculture, Forestry, Hunting and Fishing Structure and only for the time strictly necessary for the holding of competitions and/or events of national interest.
GENERAL PROHIBITIONS
Fishing is always prohibited:
With dynamite or other explosive material;
With electric current;
By throwing or placing in the water substances likely to numb, stun or kill fish;
By placing nets or fishing equipment, whether fixed or mobile, across rivers, streams, canals, lakes, etc., so that they occupy more than one third of their width;
Using the echo sounder;
Using the net, which is to be used exclusively as a means of retrieving fish that have already been lured;
By snagging;
By hand;
By draining reservoirs or watercourses, by diverting or encumbering them with stable structures or by moving the bottom of the water, or by employing other systems not provided for in the regulations in force;
When water bodies are in complete dryness;
By baiting with solid or liquid blood or chemicals;
Using solid blood as bait;
Using light sources while fishing;
Through openings made in the ice;
By handling floodgate;
Placing nets or other fishing gear, except fishing lines, in the waters at a distance of less than 40 metres from the upstream structures of ichthyofauna, transverse hydraulic works of hydroelectric power plants and their outlets in channels, waterfalls and bridges.
The sale and trade of non-professional fishing products in any form is prohibited at all times.

PRICE AND LICENCES
At Today, there is no distinction between local, Italian or foreign fishermen on Lake Endine. To be able to fish, each person needs:
1) Italian Fishing Licence
If you are the owner of a fishing licence valid for Italy, a licence made in any other region is also valid for Regione Lombardia. If you do not have an Italian fishing licence, you must have one.
To purchase one, the cost is 23€.
You can pay in the following ways:
